Glasshouse Lane, Kenilworth, Warwickshire 


We were asked by our clients to provide additional space for their growing family and extend their existing detached three-bedroom property on a prominant road in Kenilworth. 
The clients wanted our advice on how to gain planning permission in the local conservation area. 


Our designers added a two-storey side extension to the main house with an additional orangery with details to reflect the charecter of the existing property. The existimg roof space was cvonverted into two bedrooms and a small bathroom. 


The completed project resulted in a modern five-bedroom family home set in large gardens in a prominent location which still retained many of its original features with new pitched roof dormer windows with timber casement windows and an orangery with lantern rooflight.
